APPLE CHEESE AND SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 crusty pastry

FILLING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 green apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 c. grated Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1 c. grated Monterey Jack (4 oz.)
8 oz. link breakfast sausage, cooked and thinly sliced

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine mayonnaise, milk, flour and eggs in bowl. Stir in apples, cheeses and sausage. Pour the ingredients into partially baked shell and arrange sausage pieces and apples. Bake 60 minutes or until top is nicely browned. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before serving.
