EASY HAMBURGER-SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 lb. hamburger or sausage
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
Dash pepper and salt

Brown meat, pour off fat. Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper. Turn into pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted near center comes out clean.

Makes 6-8 servings.

Variations: Can be made only with hamburger, half hamburger and half sausage or only a small amount of sausage for flavor.
