GROUND BEEF QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt & dash of pepper
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and add to beef. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.

I used ground venison that I seasoned with House seasoning (Paula Deen), 4 eggs in a 10" pie plate. This was delish!!!
