GROUND BEEF AND MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. chives
1/4 tsp. salt
Pinch of white pepper
Dash of Tabasco
4 oz. can mushroom pieces
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
9" pie shell

Prick pie shell with fork. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees. Brown ground beef in a skillet and set aside.

Mix soup, milk, eggs, spices and pepper. Add ground beef, mushrooms and cheese. Pour into prebaked pie shell. Cover edges of shell with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes (may take up to 1 1/2 hours).
