PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4-5 med. Irish potatoes, peeled & sliced
4-5 med. pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Dash of lemon pepper
Dash of salt

Layer raw peeled, sliced potatoes in baking dish. Pour in soup (undiluted). Place pork chops on top. Sprinkle salt and lemon pepper. Cover, place in 325 degree oven for about 2 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with tossed salad and steamed broccoli or vegetables of choice.
