PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
5 med. potatoes, sliced
3 med. onions, sliced
Butter
Salt and pepper

Place pork chops in a single layer in baking dish. Slice potatoes thin and layer on top of chops. Layer sliced onions on top of potatoes. Dot with butter and salt and pepper to taste. Cover with aluminum foil sealing sides tightly. Cook in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until meat is done and potatoes are tender. Serve with a green salad for a quick nourishing dinner.
