PORK CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
3 potatoes, peeled & sliced
2 lg. onions, sliced
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder

Put pork chops in a roasting pan. Add garlic and salt. Then add onions, then add sliced potatoes. Pour tomato sauce over the top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 3-6.
