1 1/2 lb. ground meat
3/4 c. oatmeal (minute)
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
Salt and pepper to taste

SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Form patties out of meat mixture. Heat sauce and put on patties. When sauce begins to boil, turn down heat and simmer for 1 hour, turning once. Serve on buns.
