ONION BEEF BURGERS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp. ketchup 1/2 can French Fried Onion Rings Combine meat, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Mix until well blended. Add 1/2 can of onion rings to mixture. Shape into 4 patties. Broil on first side 9 minutes (4 inches from heat source); turn and boil on second side 5 minutes. NOTE: We added thinly sliced potatoes (brushed with butter) to one end of the broiler pan. When the meat was turned, so were the potatoes. Canned vegetables were sometimes cooked in the drip pan under the meat. |
