SALSA CHICKEN 
This is an easy dish to make and clean up is a breeze. It is a favorite dish with our family.

4-6 chicken breasts
1 (12 oz.) bottle cocktail sauce
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (use your favorite)
Provolone, Havarti, Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
Steamed rice or noodles

Place chicken in a large casserole dish. Add cocktail sauce. Place in oven at 375°F. Cook for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Briefly remove from oven, cover with salsa and cheese. When cheese has melted remove from oven. Serve on rice or noodles and enjoy.
