JEWISH APPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar or 1 3/4 c. honey
4 eggs
1 c. oil
7 tbsp. orange juice
3 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla

APPLE MIXTURE:

5 apples, diced
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10" tube pan.

Pour 1/2 batter in pan, then 3/4 apple mixture. Add remaining batter. Top with remaining apples. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
