ITALIAN STUFFED FINGER PEPPERS 
4 finger peppers
6 slices stale bread
3/4 c. Italian grated cheese
2 pieces chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper to taste
Sprinkle parsley
Sprinkle of mint
Sprinkle of basil
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all above ingredients except peppers together. Cut stems off peppers but don't break pepper. Stuff with mixture. Fry in a little oil in covered fry pan on low heat. Cook until peppers are soft and transparent.
