MAPLE CREAM CANDY | |
Boil 2 cups maple syrup with 1 cup thick cream until it forms a firm ball in cold water (238 degrees). Stir frequently. Cool to lukewarm then add 1/2 cup walnuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until thick and creamy. Pour into buttered pan. |
