CREAM CANDY 
1 c. syrup (white Karo)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Cook to soft ball stage. Pour on greased platter. Cool and stir until creamy.

Optional) Divide and flavor with peppermint, peanut butter, or vanilla.

Sift powdered sugar on board and work optional into candy. Roll in long rolls and cut in pieces.
