OVEN HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. frozen hash browns, diced
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes. Serves 8-12.
