OVEN HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. hash browns, slightly thawed
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of potato, mushroom, or chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
Corn flakes, crushed (optional)
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix cheese, sour cream, salt, onion, soup, and milk together. Combine with has browns. Place in 9x13 inch pan and cover with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
