BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 pkg. cooked, chopped broccoli
3 c. cooked rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 sm. jar cheese spread
1 sm. jar Jalapeno cheese spread

Saute' celery and onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 mintues in 3 quart casserole.

Note: this casserole freezes well before baking.
