BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom, chicken soup (undiluted)
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter (to saute onions and celery)
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
1/2 stick butter

Saute onions and celery in butter. Stir in all other ingredients. Pour in buttered oblong casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
