PECO FLAKE CANDY 
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. light corn syrup
2 c. raw peanuts
1 (7 oz.) pkg. raw coconut

Combine sugar, syrup and water in a heavy pan. Cook until sugar dissolves. Add salt and nuts. Cook until hard crack stage 294 degrees. Add butter, vanilla and soda. Stir in coconut. Spread on 2 buttered cookie sheets.
