BEEF STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. beef broth or bouillon
1 sm. sirloin or round steak, trimmed of fat and cut into small cubes
1 stick butter

May increase by 1 tablespoon if you like onion flavor.

Mix rice, onion, broth or bouillon in casserole dish. Top with steak and butter, both of which have been cut into small pieces. COVER and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Yield: 4 servings.
