CASSEROLE OF BEEF STEAK 
Pound enough round steak for your family. Do not use any flavor. Sear steak in hot pan (no grease). Put steak, cut in serving pieces in casserole. Add a layer of sliced onion rings, then more steak. Add a can of mushrooms, drained, and 1 can chicken gravy. Bake in oven at 275 degrees for 3 hours covered.
