BEEF STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. top round steak
2 c. water
2 c. scalloped potatoes
Flour
Salt and pepper

Cut steak into 1 inch pieces. Dredge up flour. Fry in oil until done. (Partially cook potatoes.) Add 2 cups water and seasonings. Let boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add potatoes, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
