PEPPERONI BREAD | |
1 pkg. frozen bread loaves 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced 1 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced 1 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced Thaw bread loaves according to package. Roll loaf, not real thin, make it long and wide. Layer Mozzarella, Provolone, and pepperoni. Roll tight to get all the air out. Seal bottom. Put on a greased cookie sheet. Poke holes with a fork. Brush egg whites on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until light brown. |
