PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
2 sticks pepperoni
1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
butter

Thaw bread dough enough to roll out. don't let it rise. Roll dough into a rectangle, layer pepperoni on top of dough. Put cheese on top of pepperoni. Roll dough into a loaf, seam side up. Seal edges and seam with a little bit of water.

Spread butter on top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees until browned approximately 20 minutes. Let cool slightly then slice.
