PEPPERONI BREAD | |
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed in refrigerator overnight 1/4 tsp. oregano Seasoned salt & garlic powder 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni, quartered 2 c. grated Provolone cheese 3 tbsp. butter Roll dough into 9 x 12 inch rectangle. Combine oregano, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and parsley flakes with melted butter. Brush lightly on dough. Save some for top of bread. Arrange pepperoni on top. Cover with cheese. Roll like jelly roll VERY tight. (Should look like French bread.) Brush with butter and seasonings. Put on cookie sheet, cool 15 minutes before cutting. |
