PEPPERONI BREAD | |
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed 1 green pepper, thinly sliced 1 onion, thinly sliced 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 2 tbsp. butter, melted Roll bread dough into circle. Baste with butter. Lay on slices of pepperoni; top with onion and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up like a jelly roll. Baste top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until brown. |
