PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
2 eggs
2 tsp. or more leaf oregano
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
9 slices American cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a jelly roll pan, 9x15x1 inch, with butter. Brush top and sides of frozen bread dough with butter. Let thaw. Raise until double in size. Roll out dough flat.

Beat eggs in small bowl. Add oregano and grated cheese. Mix well. Spread 3/4 of egg mixture all over dough. Top with cheese slices and pepperoni slices. Roll up like a jelly roll; seal edges and ends.

Place on jelly roll pan and spread rest of egg mixture over rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned. Brush top and sides with butter, if desired, and slice. Better hot than cold.
