PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
4 oz. pepperoni
8 8oz. shredded Mozzarella

Roll out bread dough (do not let rise). Spread pepperoni and cheese on top. Roll up tightly into a loaf. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet with seam side down. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown on top. Cool for 5 minutes. Best to slice with electric knife.
