PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 pkg. frozen bread dough
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
3/4 lb. thin sliced pepperoni
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. water

Thaw bread dough, knead together and roll out on floured surface to size of pizza. Put pepperoni slices on top of dough and sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Close seam by pinching dough together, use a little bit of water on fingers to seal. Place on a greased or buttered cookie sheet in a horseshoe shape. Cover with a towel and allow to rise to 2 hours. Mix egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of water and brush on dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
