MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lbs. potatoes
A little milk
1 c. sour cream
6 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Boil potatoes, drain and mash with milk. Add rest of ingredients and put in casserole and cover. Can keep up to 2 weeks. TO SERVE: Dot with butter and heat in oven uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
