8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tbsp. chives
3 slices crumbled bacon

Libby's Potato Toppers

Cook potatoes according to package but reverse milk and water amounts. Beat in cream cheese, chives and bacon. Put in greased casserole.

Dot with butter and sprinkle with potato toppers. Loosely cover and bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
