CHERRY CHEESE DELIGHT 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 can cherry pie filling

Melt butter, add sugar and cracker crumbs and mix thoroughly. Pat in bottom of 9x12 inch dish. Mix softened cream cheese and sugar. Then add Cool Whip. Pour over crumb crust. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate. Blueberry or strawberry filling may be used.
