RHUBARB CRUNCH 
5 c. diced rhubarb
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar

TOPPING:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. oatmeal, uncooked

Mix rhubarb, flour and sugar together. Put in an 8" baking dish.

TOPPING: With pastry blender, mix flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Stir in oatmeal. Sprinkle over rhubarb and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

For the true rhubarb lover, reduce the amount of sugar to 1/2 cup.
