RHUBARB OR GOOSEBERRY CRUNCH | |
Mix 4 cups gooseberries or rhubarb, 1 cup sugar, and 3 tablespoons flour and put in a greased 9 x 9-inch pan. TOPPING: Mix 1 cup brown sugar, 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup quick oatmeal, and 1 1/2 stick melted butter. Place in pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
