CHRISTIAN'S FAVORITE RHUBARB
CRUNCH
 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine first five ingredients. Put thin layer in a 9"x12" glass greased pan. Place rhubarb over this. Combine sugar, water, vanilla and cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil just until mixture thickens slightly. Pour over rhubarb. Cover with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
