2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
4 c. sifted flour
2/3 c. corn oil
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix well. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil. Take 1 teaspoon dough and make ball and flatten. Place on sheet. Bake 8 minutes on top rack at 375 degrees. Let cool to firm up.
