CANDY YULE LOG 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chopped nuts
Beaten egg whites
More nuts

Melt chips and butter over hot water. Remove and stir in milk and vanilla. Add nuts, mix well. Chill until firm enough to handle. Form into roll, chill. Mark surface with fork, brush with egg white. Press nuts all over surface. Wrap and chill. Cut into slices.
