1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. colored miniature marshmallows
Mix together chips and butter and melt or microwave on low power (3) until smooth. Make sure to cool chocolate before adding chopped nuts and marshmallows. Mix well. Sprinkle flaked coconut on foil paper. Spoon mixture on; into a long strip to form a log and roll on coconut. Sprinkle extra coconut on top and all around log. Wrap in foil and refrigerate until firm. Slice and serve.
