CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice, that has been washed
1 c. chopped onion
4 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix thoroughly and then dismember one head of cabbage and put in hot water. Wrap about 1/2 cup mixture in raw cabbage leaf being sure to tuck ends in tightly. When all cabbage is wrapped, put in cold water and simmer for 45-50 minutes. Serve with large dab of sour cream.
