CABBAGE ROLLS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. sausage
3/4 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. catsup
Pinch of garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can sauerkraut
1 c. tomatoes
Pepperoni to taste
1 lg. head cabbage

Mix ground beef, sausage, Minute rice, salt, pepper, garlic salt and catsup together. Take small amount of mixture into hands, form into roll about the size of an egg.

Take head of cabbage, put into boiling water to loosen leaves without tearing them. Cut leaf off and drain. Wrap rolls in cabbage leaves. Place rolls in bottom of pan. Pour sauerkraut over top. Add tomatoes and pepperoni. Cover, cook about 2 hours. Add tomato juice if liquid cooks down.
