CABBAGE ROLL UPS 
8 to 12 lg. cabbage leaves
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1/2 c. diced green peppers
1/2 c. diced onions
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. milk

Simmer cabbage leaves in boiling water. Cook 2 minutes; drain. Mix together meat and remaining ingredients except soup and water. Spoon a large tablespoon of mixture in each leaf, and roll, tuck in ends of cabbage leaf, place in baking dish with leaf down to hold. Combine soup and hot water. Pour over rolls and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 10.
