HOT CABBAGE AND MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. hot pan sausage
1/4 c. rice
Med. onion
Salt
Pepper
Lg. cabbage
2 cans Rotel tomatoes or 1 qt. canned tomatoes

Heat tomatoes until hot. Mix ground beef, sausage, rice, cut up onion, salt, and pepper real good. Roll into small meatballs and drop into tomatoes. Cook them until meat turns color (about 10 minutes).

Next, pour cut up cabbage into tomato and meatballs. Cook until cabbage is done. May have to add a cup of water and teaspoon of salt.
