MEATBALLS AND CABBAGE 
1 1/2 lbs. chop meat
2 eggs
Salt, pepper and garlic powder
1/4 glass cold milk
3 to 4 slices bread, soaked in milk
Small amount bread crumbs
1 onion, cut up
1 to 2 tbsp. butter
1 med. head cabbage
1 lb. can cranberry sauce
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1/4 to 1/2 fresh green pepper
Lemon juice
Sugar

Mix chop meat, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, bread soaked in milk and bread crumbs and make meatballs. Brown meatballs and set aside.

Brown onion in butter. Add cabbage (cut into strips) to onion. Add meatballs and remaining ingredients. Cook 2 to 3 hours.

Add lemon juice, sugar alternating until it tastes good (approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar). Salt and pepper to taste.
