SHORTCUT CABBAGE ROLLS 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (#2 - 16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 (24 oz.) can tomato juice
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Spread cabbage in bottom of casserole dish. Mix beef, rice, onion, salt, and pepper and spread on top of cabbage. Spread sauerkraut over top of meat. Pour tomato juice over top of sauerkraut and pour water over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Serves 10 generously at 224 calories per serving.
