1 dairy can Pillsbury French bread
1/2 c. chopped green onion (or 1 sm. onion)
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 lb. sausage

Brown sausage, onion and green pepper. Drain well. In small bowl, beat egg and Parmesan cheese. Add to sausage mixture and mix well. Unroll the bread and cover with sausage mixture. Roll up and seal ends/edges tightly. Bake according to bread instructions.
