SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. Italian sweet sausage
1 sm. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 - 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 loaf frozen white bread (comes 3 in a pkg.)

Let bread rise once until it is doubled at least. (To speed up process leave in oven at low temperature, covered with a towel on a cookie sheet.) Remove sausage from casing and brown in pan. Drain. When bread has risen, carefully stretch dough out until it is rectangular in shape and flattened. On half of the dough lengthwise spread sausage and cheeses. Fold dough over to seal edges. Brush with egg yolk. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour or until bread is brown.
