SAUSAGE BREAD 
2 loaves frozen white bread dough
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. bulk Italian sausage, hot or mild
1 lb. grated Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese, or both
4 hard boiled eggs, mashed
Garlic salt to taste
Salt
Pepper

Thaw greased bread dough on 2 greased cookie sheets. Fry sausage, drain. Sprinkle sausage, mashed eggs, cheeses, salts and pepper evenly between bread dough which has been spread out on cookie sheets. Roll up lengthwise; put seam underneath. May refrigerate at this point until ready to bake. Bake at 300 degrees for first 10 minutes; at 350 degrees for next 10 to 15 minutes.
