SEA LEGS IMPERIAL 
1/2 stick butter
2 lb. sea legs, shredded
1 sm. green pepper, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

In separate saucepan, saute green peppers and celery in butter until tender. The cool and add to sea legs. Add the Old Bay Seasoning. You can use more or less seasoning depending on the degree of spiceness desired. Bake in greased casserole for 45 minutes. Delicious as an appetizer or as an entree in pastry shells or with pasta.
