2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage, reg. or hot
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. milk

Brown sausage, keeping it crumbly. Drain off fat. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Drop on greased cookie sheet with teaspoon or roll into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
