2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix Bisquick, sausage, and cheese well. Roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Turn over once. Serve hot with hot spicy mustard.
